ABOUT US

Global Integrated Sickle- Cell Advocacy Group Ghana (GISCAG, GH.) is a non-governmental and non- profit making organization incorporated in Ghana under the companies code 1963 (Act179) with registration numberG.31, 738 dated 11th March, 2010. The succeeding paragraph captures the mission, vision and objectives of the foundation.
Mark-up Business Services (MBS) prepares this proposal in response to a brief information provided by Global Integrated Sickle-Cell Advocacy Group, Ghana through its Comprehensive and holistic policy on Sickle Cell Disease (SCD).
MISSION
Providing comprehensive information , continual education, counseling and Christian/religious intervention(s) in procuring lives through improved modern advocacy in combating mysticism, superstition, ignorance and to ensure early detection and diagnosis of sickle-cell diseases , its effective management and breaking the cycle in the medium to long term.
Completely securing the present and future potential human resource base for a comprehensive, socio-politico-cultural and economic development of Ghana, west Africa and beyond, via an expanded knowledge base on the sickle-cell pandemic and human and material health infrastructural provisioning, support, care and total cure.

Global Integrated Sickle Cell Advocacy Group(GISCAG,GH.),Ghana shall be a registered non-governmental and non-profit making organization(NGO) with legal perpetual power, apart from its members, to acquire, hold and alienate property, enter into agreements and do all necessary activities to carry out and achieve its aims and objectives, defend its members, property and reputation.
